Rebecca started her real estate career under her mother’s Century 21 desk in the 70’s, instilling in her a passion for both personal and professional service. She puts her client’s interests first, having assembled a network of skilled tradesman and cultivated relationships with popular media outlets to present properties at their best. She was a national sales trainer and manager for 8 of her 17 years working with Advanced Marketing International and has personally bought and sold many properties . She is a self-proclaimed people person and it wouldn’t be unheard of for her to meet her next client in line at the bank or grocery store. A San Diego native and avid world traveler, Rebecca currently resides in Fallbrook with her husband, four children and five dogs.
Alysha began her real estate career as an analyst at Pintar Investment Company, a private equity firm based out of South Orange County. Consistently expanding her knowledge and skills, she wore many hats within the company and directly participated in hundreds of transactions; buying, selling and leasing homes for institutional investors in many markets throughout California. She compliments Rebecca’s dynamic and driven personality with her analytical perspective and enjoys the creative process of designing systems and processes that offer maximum efficiency and exposure for her clients. Alysha lives with her husband and two cats.
Bill currently serves on the Board of Directors for the North San Diego County Association of REALTORS® and was the Broker/Owner of Richard Realty Group in Carlsbad for 13 years prior to joining PRS as the Managing Broker. He believes his #1 role is to be 100% available to answer questions and support his Agents and their Clients in order to mitigate risk and keep each transaction running smoothly.
Sherry is a natural go-getter with a passion for helping people. Prior to obtaining her real estate license she owned a successful insurance agency and cleaning business, and her clients benefit form her strong sales and service background. She represents her client's homes with a positive, cheery and professional attitude and appearance. She currently lives in Vista with the love of her life, Frank, and three of their five children.
Tina is a proud member of the National Association of Real Estate Support Professionals with 16 years of experience as a Transaction Coordinator. She carries a California Real Estate License and has vast experience and knowledge of traditional, distressed and REO sales. Tina assists with administration and signing of contracts, file reviews and compliance with state and NAR guidelines.
